Refund Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours of your service appointment. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue, including:

  • Re-cleaning the area of concern at no additional cost.

  • Addressing specific service issues to ensure complete satisfaction.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • If MM Services is unable to fulfill the scheduled service due to circumstances within our control.

  • If a cancellation is made in compliance with our cancellation policy (see Section 4).

  • If a prepaid service is not delivered, and a re-cleaning option is not feasible.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Cancellations made outside of the allowed cancellation window (see Section 4).

  • If the client denies our team the opportunity to address service concerns through a re-cleaning.

  • Situations involving pre-existing conditions in the home or business that affect cleaning outcomes (e.g., permanent stains, severe damage).

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to avoid charges.

  • If a service is cancelled within 48 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if done at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Refund Process

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
